Twelve UX Best Practices In Agile Development Environments
Jeff Patton has written a great article on handling user experience design within Agile development cycles. Despite the fact that Agile is typically for more “classic” development projects, there are great points and lessons to be learned from the article and workflow outlined within it. Working in small teams (5-10 designers and developers), most designers often do more than just create mockups and come up with interaction strategies. The idea of passing design back and forth gets blurred as designers are able to handle most front-end development on web application projects.
